Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers about taking the free DISC assessment anonymously and deciding whether CPD Premium is right for you.
Will my employer see my free or Premium answers?
No. Employers do not receive an individual's free or Premium answers or results. You can complete the free assessment without an account, name, or email; start from the anonymous assessment. Premium needs an email for your account and billing relationship, but that does not give an employer access to your individual responses.
What data do you handle, and how long do you keep it?
Before you claim an anonymous result, your assessment answers and result are stored in your browser only. If you claim or subscribe, we handle the assessment server-side so we can provide your account and Premium access. Assessment data is retained for 12 months from the assessment date and then automatically deleted. Stripe processes payment details; NurtureArc does not store your card details. See our Privacy Policy for the full explanation.
What is your GDPR and accessibility posture?
We commit to the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, collect only what is needed, and support user rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection. You can find the details and contact route in our GDPR commitments. For accessibility, the site uses semantic HTML, keyboard-accessible controls, visible focus styles, and responsive layouts. We do not claim formal WCAG certification.
How do cancellation and refunds work?
You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period, with no prorated refund for unused days. Annual plans have a 14-day cooling-off refund route from purchase, subject to the conditions in the terms. Exceptional-circumstances refund requests can also be considered.
